Volunteer trail Building Days!

Wastach Trails Alliance invites you to mark you calendars and attend a Volunteer Trail Building Day!

Where: The new Upper Riverview Trail (formerly Sorenson property) on Highway 32 across from the Riverview Condominiums. This trail was cut last fall and begins at Highway 32 and extends to Coyote Canyon. Over six miles long this trails offers magnificent views of the Heber Valley.

When: 1st Tuesday of the month at 6:30pm starting on Tuesday, May 1st, and then the 3rd Saturday of the month, May 19th, from 9am-1pm. We will work through the fall as this trail promises to be a premier trail for Wasatch County.

Meeting Spot: We will meet at Slim and Knobby’s Bike Shop before heading out to the trails.

What to Bring: Yourself and many others, Work Gloves, Rakes, Shovels, Loppers, water and snacks.
Trail building tools will be provided as well.

Things to Come: Our first edition recreational trail map will be published in Mid-June! A trail has been flagged from Coyote Canyon to Red Ledges!!
Rewards: Anyone who volunteers for a minimum of 2 hours every 3rd Saturday Trails Day will be eligible for a 20% discount on any single item purchase, including a bicycle.
